Finger Lickin’ Good.
Last Friday, we were able to talk to our friend. We invited her for lunch at KFC after class, and I was glad she agreed because she came to school late, and she seems to feel a little sick. When we were in line to get our food, she approached me and was first to open up. It’s a great thing that she did that because I have been waiting for her to talk to me since I made the first move to talk to her a week before.
We all sat down and started to talk and got everything out on the table. I saw a defensive face in her while I was talking, which is understandable since when I talk, it sometimes seem that I am angry, but that’s just the way I talk in a serious manner. I do have a strong personality and most of the time, people mistake it as something else, like I am mad all the time, or that I am not approachable. The truth is, when a person becomes my friend, it means that he/she shouldn’t be afraid to tell me things as it is, even if it will not be the way I want it to be, at least he/she is honest with me. I explained that to her, and that her being “neutral” is not always a good thing, that she should learn to say “yes or no” to me, no matter the situation.
Anyway, I am in need of a new monitor. It’s been flickering and freezing more than once in a day, and it sucks, especially when I am playing this old game, Theme Park World. Yeah, kid’s game, but I like it! I plan to buy a new one when I have saved enough money. I wonder when that is!

I personally think my friends smell. Bad. So I don’t talk to them. In fact, I make them shower just to get online with me, that’s how bad they smell.
Seriously, if you can’t be open and communicate with your friends, then it’s not really a relationship you’d want to keep.

i’ve been having monitor problems too! it kept flickering and freezing. i thought it was the monitor until i decided to take the video card out and plug it on the onboard vcard temporarily. what do ya know… that fixed the problem. :( oh well.

You sound very protective of your friends and that’s great. Just be there for her.

That’s great that you got to talk things out with your friends. I honestly think that’s the best way to handle most things, just talk about it before getting completely mad at the other person. I hope everything is worked out now.
