My Pets

We now have three dogs. Yes, THREE! Which means a whole lotta chaos! When Pogi, our black male labrador, was brought here yesterday, I was actually overwhelmed. He is almost 4 months old and is quite needy. He was brought up with human touch because he’s got a lot of siblings. The first night, I thought he was going to cry the whole night, but, as advised, I gave him some milk and I think that helped.

I was already in bed by 8 o’clock last night. Two puppies and a dog can really burn you out. I can only breath when all of them are sleeping at the same time, which is really heavenly! It is a great thing that they actually fall asleep at the same time, or within a given time.

Booboo, I thought, would be super jealous because of the 2 new additions. She is, I know she is, but she’s been a good sport. I make sure that she has her time with me, with undivided attention. But Kali, she’s another story. She’s quite the whiner. When I am with Pogi, she whines and whines until I touch her, too.

My mom calls me the dogs’ mother. Be it that I was born on the Year of the Dog and she insists that I was meant to be a vet. Riiight. That means I have to attend to different animals, not just dogs. Anyway, I am sort of getting the hang of Pogi. He is quite big at four months.

I wonder if this help me lose weight… Hmm… Hahaha!

Update: Pogi’s name is now “Jasper” :D

Dogs! They’re LOVE. I used to be scared at them. :(

We have 3 dogs as well, namely Tatu (Dachshund), Scooter (Miniature Pinscher) and Chief (Shih Tzu).

Why the names?
Tatu - Tuta kasi eh. Hahaha.
Scooter - Because of my dad’s love for scooters.
Chief - Ang pangalang bumagay. Real name: Sir Master Chief. =))

awwwwwwww: I love the pictures of your dogs. Kali looks adorable sleeping, Pogi looks way too huggable, and Booboo makes me want to take a walk… :).

Yay for being the dog’s mother but it looks like it’s keeping you busy. Have fun!

if you walk them all the time, you might just lose weight(depending on how much you weigh now)

The dogs are so cute. That kinda sucks that they whine so much, but at least you know what to do when they do ^_^

I’m not a huge dog person myself - but they do look like sweeties in the pictures - puppies sound like a lot of work!

OH
MY
GOSH.

THEY ARE SO CUTE! Adorable little dogs (: I wish I could have dogs, but I have 2 awesome cats whom I love to death and fight with each other enough that they don;t need dog-companions to spar with. Kudos with taking care of them, they seem like a handful but pets are always worthwhile as companions in the end (:

Those are such cute pictures, especially the third one. It’s probably a stretch, but it looks like it could be a hands in the air celebrating pose.

That is sooo sweet!! I don’t think I can handle getting 3 dogs, since two is a bit of a handful right now. My first one was pretty upset when I got the second dog… she became very jealous as well. My mom always refers to the dogs as my kids. HEheheh

Wow! Sounds fun… and tiring. The pictures of the dogs are adorable, though, which makes me think that when you look at their sweet faces, it’s all worth it :)

Oh oh! I bet if you walk them a lot, that can definitely help in losing weight! :)

I miss having pets.. argh but I become a lazy bum through the years. We’ve only owned cats though and dogs don’t last a day in our house. Too noisy and needs looove too much, lol. *blushes* Ang tamad kong tao.
