So Wide

We finally bought a new computer monitor. It is a 19-inch AOC LCD monitor. The highest resolution is 1440 x 900. It is pretty cool and it saves a lot of computer table space compared to the bulky CRT monitor that we’ve had since 2001. My sister and I will be paying for the monitor for 6 months with ZERO interest, which is 750Php/month (approx. 16$/mo) - which is not so bad on my pocket.

I’ll blog again later, I guess. This is all the news I have for today.

We got it at Asianic in SM Megamall. No cameras there, though. :P

That’s a huge monitor. Nice! And yay for zero interests. I bought my Western Digital external hard drive with zero interest too, thanks to my uncle’s credit card. Hehe i’ll be paying him monthly for a year but i’d rather do that than shell out a huge amount of money :p

Wow that monitor is big. I have a laptop but I’ve been wanting one with a 1440 width resolution. About $16 a month is really a great price, and yay for no interest!

Hey thanks for the comment. We do have charity shops in England but it’s getting the average person to realise that charity shops are a good thing that is my point. Alot of people in my country, especially the younger people are so materialistic that a charity shop is the last place they will think of going for a new outfit. It’s good that all the money problems in the world have been brought into view recently and hopefully people will realise that everyone has to do their little bit, no matter how small, to help.

Sorry for the rant, it’s something I feel strongly about.

I hope you’re enjoying your new monitor!

xx
