The Sims 2

I resumed to playing The Sims 2 and is addicted to creating luxury homes that me and my siblings can use while playing the game. I have all the expansion packs installed, from the original game up to Bon Voyage. Maxis is actually coming up with a new expansion pack called “Freetime”. It focuses on the Sims use of their leisure time, where a Sim can discover and excel on their true passions. I am excited to get my hands on that game. I wish they come up with a new Deluxe package, or a Sims Collection DVD set.

A real thrill about the game is the genetics. You can make a sim look like you, if you have the patience to do it. I haven’t been able to make a sim look like me, yet. Right now, I have created one household, composed of myself and a dog named, Booboo. I downloaded a Japanese Spitz breed and added light brown fur to make the dog look similar to my real dog. You can teach the dog tricks, and play with it, just like how you do it in real life.

The Seasons EP is a really good addition. Now, there are four seasons in a year; Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Snow is actually falling from the sky, and on the snow, you can make snowman and snow angels.

I will be posting photos of my sim on my next entries. For now, I am off to play the game :)
