I have been busy watching Kyle XY Season 1. I really like the series because, well, Matt Dallas is cute, and the plot is interesting. Not only does Kyle have no belly button, but he’s Einstein genius. It all started when they found Kyle in the woods, completely naked, with no memory of the past. Basically, he’s trying to find who he is and where he came from. It was odd for him that he can solve the hardest mathematical problems and memorize a whole set of encyclopedia in one seating, but can’t remember anything from his past. I’ve yet to see the last few episodes, then I am off to start watching season 2 which aired its pilot last June.
Besides Kyle XY, my friend Lexie lent me a copy of Jericho. I was able to watch the first 6 episodes, and I tell you, it left me wanting to watch more. But, it’s been a while since I was able to hog the living room. My grandma stayed with us for about a week, and since she’s in a wheelchair, she couldn’t go upstairs to our bedroom to sleep. She sleeps at 8pm, so that means, I can’t stay up late watching TV since my mom and my grandma stays in the living room. Yesterday, my aunt decided to get my grandma and let her stay at her house, so the living room is free. I kind of miss her. I am used to seeing her here everyday. My mom told me that she was almost crying when she left yesterday morning. Aww…
I’ve also been watching MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 online, and the worst I’ve seen so far is this brat, Audrey. She’s a self-proclaimed princess, and would do anything to get what she wants. I blame the parents for raising their kids that way. There should always be parental authority and control, even if it does suck most of the time, at least you will know that your kid will be able to handle the toughest situations. I mean, this girl started a fit when her mom gave her the Lexus convertible that she wanted on the day of her birthday. She wanted to get it on the day of her party, not the day of her birthday. She ended up not getting the car, but an over budgeted 15th birthday party. Yes, she’s just turned 15.
Let me continue talking about the annoyance thing from my last entry. I’ll name her, Dipper. So, months ago when I learned about the courtship she was experiencing, I was all excited for her. I give her advices and stuff I know about relationships. She’s older than I am, but this would be her first relationship if this works out. Anyway, after a while, I began to see changes in her. She became vain, as in, the exaggeration of vain for me. I just can’t understand why she has to talk about her hair not falling in the right place every time we are in the girl’s room. I mean, she wasn’t like that before. I thought I was the only one who noticed the change, but my other friend confirmed that she too, has seen it.
About 3 weeks ago, I was annoyed with her because she nearly bailed out on us to watch Hairspray. In school, she mentioned that she’s not sure that she can come because she doesn’t have any money, so I decided to lend her the money. She then said that we could go ahead with the plan, which was planned 2 weeks prior to that day. After 30 minutes, she then started to complain that her head hurts, and that she might get sick. My other friend and I looked at each other and I understood that she too suspected something fishy. Before we went home, I asked her again if she was going to come with, and she said that if she felt better, she would. Argh! All I wanted her to say was that she can’t come because she didn’t want to, not make up some lame excuse. I am not stupid, so I really hated the fact that she’s trying to make me look like one.
My other friend and I agreed that we would send her text messages to tell her that she should come with us, and she didn’t reply to any of our messages until I gave her phone a ring, which was hours after I sent the messages. My friend informed me that she would be coming with us.
On the day of the movie watching.. it was fun. But what ticked me off is that Ryan noticed that she didn’t want to be with us. He said, “It seems like your friend doesn’t want to be with us. It’s like, she wanted to be somewhere else, and she keeps on facing the other way, and she was quiet during the movie.” I haven’t even mentioned anything to Ryan about what happened the day before.
Then last Thursday, we all agreed not to attend our first class because our professor gave us the chance to do our editing or video shoot for our music video, only if we have submitted the midterm video. We all have, except for one of us. I thought things were fine and all, but the next morning, before the second class, I received a text message from her, telling me that they had an activity. I was annoyed because she told me after it was done. What annoyed me the most is that she said that one of our group mates already explained to our professor why she wasn’t able to attend the “editing”, our excuse, when she was already there in the first place? Argh…
I wasn’t in the mood to talk to her that day, and the next day. So, I didn’t, along with my other friend. She thinks everything is OK now, since I was civil to her. I had to be, because we had to do a shoot. We wanted to talk to her about this, but she brought her so-called “suitor” to the shoot. It seems to me that they are already together, but they won’t admit to it. What are they? High School? I mean, I don’t see anything wrong with letting the world know they are together. It’s just annoying that, we feel that all her made-up excuses is because of him. Pathetic.

Maturity indeed does not come with age.
I was annoyed when she brought the guy without even telling us. I mean, dude, I asked if he was coming along before Richard and I left Jollibee and he said no.
I was annoyed, too, because she asked me if it’s OK, when he’s already there. Duh.
Um yeah, to be brutally honest I would be telling this girl off and just not putting up with the crap. If she has to keep making up excuses then clearly she doesn’t want to hang out anymore. That’s just my take on it. Maybe you could try to get her alone, just you and her, and have a serious Q&A session.
Sorry I’m late on comments this week. :) Hectic, hectic.
