Yearly Tradition
Since we moved here, we’ve managed to live up to our yearly tradition of exchanging gifts. This year, I proposed that we should all have a wish list to be posted on our fridge. I wasn’t surprised to see that the one with the longest list is my brother, Zj. He wants to have a playstation 3, new game for his gameboy, new pair of sneakers, his own laptop, and endless things that are related to games and gadgetry. I want my own laptop, too! But he won’t be getting that if none of my parents pick his name from our “mystery bowl”.
I honestly am having a hard time writing down my list. It seems that I don’t really know what I want for Christmas1. It doesn’t even feel like Christmas is coming. I know that it’s colder, and I can see the decorations everywhere, except our tree isn’t up yet, but our Santa Bear is proudly sitting on top of our coffee table.
In line with the Christmas spirit, I am doing a Christmas tag. As I was lurking at Pao‘s, I saw that she is offering Christmas cards and physical/tangible gift to the first five commenters on her entry. I am doing the same.
Before the end of 2007, I will send a card and physical gift to each of the first five people who comment here. The catch? Each person must make the same offer on her/his blog.
But, since I am a student and my resources are limited, I am offering this to the first 5 who lives in the Philippines. Maybe next year, when I have a regular job, I will do this tag again and make it open internationally.
Anyway, my invite to anyone who wants to receive a holiday post card for me is still open, so use my contact form and include your full name and mailing address.
Have a great weekend!

Now that’s a wishlist.
We put up our tree a few days ago, but no one really pays much attention to it. We never even turn on the lights. Who cares.
As for the Christmas thing, count me out. I have enough people to give gifts to. :D
